Addition to the Constitution

Chapter X of the Constitution of the Walbard Union - Absence of the Union Secretary, both willingly or unwillingly. The Union Secretary has the right to appoint an Interim Union Secretary to act as his temporary replacement whilst absent from duty. Upon return, the Interim Union Secretary shall relinquish his/her post and return it to the rightfully appointed Union Secretary. If the absence of the Union Secretary is unwilling or the Union Secretary is seen to be unfit for duty, the region's founder, will take the place of Interim Union Secretary until a replacement may be appointed by the Union Executive Council.
